EXHIBITOR BENEFITS

Where business aviation ground handlers, airports and FBOs come to do business with trip-planners and operators

  • Exhibitors at the event will be offered a cost-effective, turnkey solution that includes a standard 9m² booth complete with back and side walling for added showcasing capabilities
  • For increased visibility, exhibitors will also have the option to display visuals on the back wall at no extra cost
  • The standard exhibition fee includes entrance tickets for company representatives as well as access to private meeting spaces

ELIGIBILITY TO EXHIBIT

All exhibitors at AIR OPS EUROPE must have relevant commercial activities in Business Aviation to exhibit. By signing the EBAA application/contract for exhibit space, the exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations as interpreted by EBAA. In fairness to all participants, exhibitors found in violation of EBAA rules and regulations will be required to make necessary changes on site at the exhibitor’s expense. If satisfactory changes cannot be made, EBAA reserves the right to terminate any or all rights to the exhibit space, and the exhibitor will forfeit all fees paid.

TIMING

Registrations must be submitted before 1st September, 2017.

REFUND

Exhibitors must agree with the cancellation policy laid down in the AIR OPS EUROPE Exhibitor Policy.

EXHIBITOR PACKAGES

Here below you will find two different exhibitor packages.
Depending on the space availability, exhibitors can register for 1, 2 or 4 stands per company.
Stand position on the exhibit floor is determined by a first-come-first-served rule.

1. EXHIBITOR PACKAGE (+)

EBAA Members 5500 €
Non Members 6000 €
  • One 9m² (3mx3mxht2.5m) stand including ground coverage
  • One stand full back wall printed with exhibitor’s company visuals
  • One information desk, with storage area
  • One round table with 3 chairs
  • Seven slots of 25 min to access private meeting spaces
  • Four full conference badges– includes access to all keynote sessions, and networking event activities during the two days conference
  • Inclusion in pre-conference press and social media campaign
  • Company listed in the Exhibitor Directory printed and in the AIR OPS EUROPE website
  • Exhibitor directory, interior full page colour run

Add-On Options:

  • 46” LED Screen Display - 400 €
  • Purchase additional full conference badges at discounted rate of 150 € (165 € for Non-Members)

2. PREMIUM EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

EBAA Members 6000 €
Non Members 6600 €

  • One premium spot in the floor plan
  • One 9m² (3mx3mxht2.5m) stand including ground coverage
  • One stand full back wall printed with exhibitor’s company visuals
  • One information desk, with storage area
  • One round table with 3 chairs
  • Seven slots of 25 min to access private meeting spaces
  • Six full conference badges– includes access to all keynote sessions, and networking event activities during the two days conference
  • Inclusion in pre-conference press and social media campaign
