The Advanced Dispatch Techniques Course brings great practical value to dispatch personnel and their organisations.
The aim of this course is to strengthen theoretical and practical skills related to advanced flight dispatch tasks. The course will cover ETOPS/EDTO, international operations, Trans-Atlantic and Pacific operations, re-clearance (decision point) planning, polar operations, flight optimisation techniques and economy of flight.

Who should attend?
The course is recommended for dispatch/operations managers, students that successfully completed basic flight operations officer/flight dispatcher training or gained sufficient practical experience in flight dispatch and operations control. The course is also a valuable refresher for active, experienced flight operations officers who want to reinforce their knowledge and familiarise themselves with the latest developments in this field.

Flight Dispatcher recurrent training is mandatory and is often checked during operational audits (CAA, IOSA, IS-BAO...).
The Alpha One recurrent training programme is divided into 3 modules (FDR 1-3). This allows dispatchers and operators to comply with recurrent training requirements, and within 3 consecutive years, revisit and refresh their knowledge in all key areas relevant for the flight dispatch profession.
The 2-day recurrent training will not only bring back the essence in each field, but will also discuss the latest regulatory and technological developments that affect the flight dispatch duties and practices, so dispatchers remain current and familiar with all aspects of their profession.
Alpha One designed the recurrent course specifically for the AIR OPS Europe convention, covering the most commonly requested topics including Mass and Balance, Aircraft Performance, Dispatch Resource Management, Dangerous Goods Awareness, Aviation Weather, and Navigation.

Who should attend?
The course is designed for active operations control officers and flight dispatchers who seek adequate recurrent training as well as for OCC/Flight Dispatch management personnel.
