Started with training as an Air Traffic Controller in Eurocontrol and then joined the NetJets team as an international flight planner. The next challenge was Tactical Communications in Flight Recovery, moving on to setting up the Customer Experience program. When NetJets moved towards a more global approach to its structure, I lead the technology team which ensured consistent systems, processes and platforms for customer service globally. The next step was joining the Continuous Improvement team, which resulted in being certified as Six Sigma Black belt. After this I was asked to lead the Operations Control Centre and the last venture has been building and leading the Operations Regulatory and Technical department. In 2020 I was the project lead for setting up the NetJets UK AOC, to mitigate impacts to customers due to the Brexit.
